Stan Lee Multiverse – Phygital Merchandise Drop
Our company was hired by Multiverse Clothing Company to leverage the Not Merch program for a truly unique collaboration: the Stan Lee Multiverse. This “phygital” drop launched on VeVe in July 2024, combining digital collectibles with physical apparel in partnership with VeVe, Multiverse Clothing Company, and Kartoon Studios’ Stan Lee Universe. The collection integrated fashion and digital art, offering fans collectible goods, exclusive artwork, and even opportunities to win signed physical art.
I played a key role in bringing the collection to life by designing thoughtful, collectible-driven details that elevated the merchandise beyond standard apparel. I manipulated original portraits of Stan Lee into artwork that was used as custom printed linings, ensuring each garment carried a unique visual identity. I also worked with the factory to develop sequentially numbered labels, giving each piece a collectible quality. To add an interactive element, I created a unique QR code system, discreetly printed inside the garments, allowing customers to scan for a chance to unlock “easter eggs” within the collection. In addition, I handled the Photoshop mockups and product imagery used for the website and presentation.

As Lead Designer, I carried out my typical responsibilities, however, this project also required several unique contributions that pushed the creative and technical boundaries of my role.
Key Contributions:
Applied the Not Merch program to develop a phygital merchandise collection merging physical apparel with digital collectibles.
Transformed Stan Lee portraits into custom printed garment linings, adding a distinctive collectible detail.
Partnered with factories to produce sequentially numbered labels, enhancing the sense of exclusivity.
Designed and integrated unique QR codes inside garments, unlocking interactive “easter eggs” for fans.
Executed Photoshop mockups and product imagery for website and digital presentation.
Balanced innovation with legacy stewardship, ensuring the merchandise both honored Stan Lee’s legacy and delivered an engaging, interactive fan experience.

T&A Chart – Production Timelines and Transparency
A vital part of my role involved managing the Time & Action (T&A) calendar, ensuring that production and delivery timelines were consistently met. Our goal was transparency by keeping the client informed of status updates while maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with vendors to prevent delays and resolve issues quickly.
